My discount code is not working, what do I do?

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes are limited to a certain time period and/or limited to a product quantity. Feel free to double check with us by emailing: alameerhouston@gmail.com or reach out to us via our social media.

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from our warehouse that is based in Spring, Texas. As we hold fast delivery to the utmost priority, we provide some of the fastest and most affordable delivery options in the industry.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

How can I pay for my order?

Clothing Shop Online currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Though we do offer options for returns. 

Can I exchange my order if I got the wrong size?

Yes we offer size exchanges! Simply start a return process (for store credit) within the first 5 days of purchase and then purchase the desired size. We will have the new one shipped out to you in no time at all. We are not financially responsible for the return label.

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items (for store credit only) within 5 days of purchase.  We are not financially responsible for the return label.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team at: alameerhouston@gmail.com. Send pictures and an explanation of the damage.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different styles. Product size information can be found on a tab named "Size Charts" on the main page. The size chart should also be included at the end of each picture gallery on the product page.

How do I take care of my Al Ameer Clothing?

 

Washing instructions should be in each product description as each article is made up of different fabrics and embroidery styles.
