My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from our warehouse that is based in Spring, Texas. As we hold fast delivery to the utmost priority, we provide some of the fastest and most affordable delivery options in the industry.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

How can I pay for my order?

Clothing Shop Online currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Though we do offer options for returns. 

Can I exchange my order?

Yes we offer size exchanges! Simply send us back the unused goods and let us know which size you prefer better along with your previous order # and we will have the new one shipped out to you in no time at all. 

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items for store credit within 15 days of purchase.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team at: alameerhouston@gmail.com.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page - there will be a tape measure and you have to click it to open up our size chart. (note: Each size chart is based off of body size and not garment size).

How do I take care of my Al Ameer Clothing?

Kameez Shalwar & Inners: 

These can be machine-washed and dried. Touch up with steam or iron before wearing again.

Prince Coats: 

Needs to be hand washed and air dried. To hand-wash, use a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the soapy water through the garment, then rinse until the water runs clear (do not try to squeeze out excess water). To dry, lay flat on a towel away from sunlight. Touch up with steam before wearing again.

Waistcoats: 

Needs to be hand washed and air dried. To hand-wash, use a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the soapy water through the garment, then rinse until the water runs clear (do not try to squeeze out excess water). To dry, lay flat on a towel away from sunlight. Touch up with steam before wearing again.

Thobes/Abayas:

Need to be hand washed separately and solely. To hand-wash, use a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the soapy water through the garment, then rinse until the water runs clear (do not try to squeeze out excess water). To dry, lay flat on a towel away from sunlight. Touch up with steam before wearing again.

Women's Party Wear: 

Needs to be hand washed and air dried. To hand-wash, use a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the soapy water through the garment, then rinse until the water runs clear (do not try to squeeze out excess water). To dry, lay flat on a towel away from sunlight. Touch up with steam before wearing again.ashables. Squeeze out excess water, then reshape and dry flat.
