Refund policy

We offer size exchanges! Simply start a return process (for store credit) within the first 5 days of purchase and then purchase the desired size. We will have the new one shipped out to you in no time at all. We are not financially responsible for the return label.

Returns are accepted for all items (for store credit only) within 5 days of purchase.  We are not financially responsible for the return label.

To return or exchange goods, please email us at: alameerhouston@gmail.com. 1. Explain the problem 2. Enter your order number 3. Enter the email address you used to place your order. 4. Include any pictures of the damage. We will reply back with instructions on how to start your return.

Once we’ve received the merchandise in our warehouse, we will issue you the store credit within 1-2 business days.

If you are having trouble locating your order number or having issues with your refund our email support is available 24/7.

All returns must be authorized by Al Ameer in advance (our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid order number).

Al Ameer Shop cannot accept returns of printed, washed or decorated merchandise. You are responsible for inspecting the items before performing any alterations or embellishments.

All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges.
